I was watching this David Gilmour thing on the TV the other night and it reminded me of how much I like the intro to 'Wish You Were Here'. You know, the one where there's an acoustic guitar rhat sounds like it's being played on on old radio and then it suddenly becomes crystal clear.
Another favourite is the intro to 'Transmission' by Joy Division. I really like the way the drums kick in.
