haha, cuffed before they knew certain? that's wonderful. they shouldn't try that over here.
but i understand you'd better keep quiet when you get arrested, but using a tazer. it has been introduced over here recently as a weapon when a officer feels threatened, instead of shooting the other person in the leg.
