when rob instigator was but a wee lad

the first Suicidal tendencies album really weirded/disturbed/creeped me out. listening to saw your mommy and your mommy's dead, or suicidal failure at age 13 trying not to have mom or dad walk in and listen to it was nerve-wracking.

when I was 13 and first heard the Misfits, especially die die my darling and Mommny Can I Go Out And Kill Tonite?

when I was 17 and first heard Skinny Puppy, tha shit creeped me out bad. just weird weird stuff. "Make sure we're properly dead before you start, Ol' Ripbeak!"

when I was 18 and I first heard Confusion is Sex all the way through. That shit FUCKED ME UP. it literally scared me.

the first time I danced to A DAISY CHAIN FOR SATAN by My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, I was like "what the fuck am I dancing to?" especially the tortured addict screams. I love that song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uN0yI-ambNY

tripping acid with The Instigators and listening to Naked City.

also, the first time my man Mike Grayum showed me and played me the BRUJERIA "Machetazos" single. fuck!

so many disturbing bands and times.
