Well keep in mind there is ALWAYS, I repeat, ALWAYS a sexual tension between a straight man and a straight woman, and most certainly if they're in the same age group. It's all about building that tension up. Do things that make her like you more such as make her laugh, 'up' your appearance, agree and expand on any point that's important to her, etc. And still be yourself.
Obviously if she has a boyfriend he pushed the sexzullllllll tenzzion meter way up, so your goal has to be to beat his score and see what happens. There's always potential though, just don't jump to conclusions too soon. Be sure!
