No, not a stream of consciousness, but a randomazation of known words into 'poetry'. Some would argue the best poetry is as such - that is, unconcious; however, some will stand to argue its baselessness. I think it is not an expression of the true self but the expression of an inauthentic self filtered through personally coveted literary idols.
