"Creative manipulation" is one thing.
An entire generation of people who sound like marble-mouthed morons is another thing entirely.
There is evolution and there is devolution.
Different versions of slang and variations of what "the kids today talk like" will always exist, but does it have to get so DUMB?
I mean, beatnik slang is every bit as indeciperable, but it doesn't make me feel like I'm losing IQ points when I hear it.
