Uniontown Area School District is a
school district located in
Fayette County, Pennsylvania. It serves the city of Uniontown and the boroughs of
Ohiopyle, and
Markleysburg. It also serves
Wharton,
Henry Clay,
Menallen,
Franklin, and
Stewart townships. The district includes Uniontown Area High School, A.J. McMullen School, Benjamin Franklin School, Franklin Elementary, Marclay Elementary, Menallen Elementary, Wharton Elementary, and Lafayette School.
The school nickname is the Red Raiders. The school's direct, cross-town rivals are the
Laurel Highlands Mustangs.
