Well it
isn't really spinning, now is it. Since there is no detail in the black unformity of the woman, there's really no point of reference either way.
I bet if you were to see snapshots of each partial movement, you will see that it isn't an object spinning but a black spot folding in and out. Don't take the illusion of depth as depth itself. You are viewing her on a two-dimenional screen.
