that depends on where your start. i think in some cases you will change if you "concentrate" and in other cases it will change if you "relax", but the direction of the spin will be the opposite.

so if you start "concentrated", concentrating more won't help, it will just give you more of the same. the idea is to switch from one brain hemisphere to the other-- if you overuse one side you'll stay stuck on one side. that's the point of this test.
