You wouldn't think oyster was a good ingredient for a stout, would you? Same with chocolate. Unfortunately, there's a few chocolate stouts doing the rounds, and they're of pretty changeable quality. I hope it doesn't go overseas, but if anyone ever sees a 'novelty' green beer, please remember that 'novelty', in this instance, is in fact a synonym for 'shit'. I can't remember who brewed it, but you'll spot it a mile off. Good talking point, but that's another story...
