To be fair the kind of thing thats going to please those of us who have all the studio albums is unlikely to appeal to the curious fan with no experience. Id rather there was an easily accessible documentary that made it easier for the average music fan to become curious. Seeing as Sonic Youth have a reputation as this "massively important band who you have to invest time and thought into" (rubbish) when in fact the music is as easy to listen to as anything and just needs someone to provide guidance.
