we've never really singled ourselves out. we've been under harsh scrutiny since forever. of course if a few assholes speak against homosexuality, they'll be treated as the ambassadors for an entire people. i don't know why, but it's always been that way. that's how people ended up with the skewed view that the best way to learn about black people is to listen to rap and an al sharpton speech.
