It's super lame and everything and I'm not defending this guy in the least, but isn't this an awful lot of effort and energy to expend over 17 bucks?
I could see if it was 170 or 1700, but for $17, I would just cut my losses and move on. I don't know that I would write endless emails and start a web campaign to bring the guy down.
