At the risk of sounding like a cunt you can either deal with it or fail to chat to girls again. It's hard, you're a chap, all chaps are horny, all 'lady-killers' are actually pricks, very rarely will a girl come and chat to the shy-looking chap. However, the important thing to remember - if they are giving you their number they may want a friend. As such, they will doubtless have non-attached female friends, who may be hotter. Having women/ girls who are 'friends' is a good thing - you have minge-in-potentialus and you're not hanging round with guys (shittest way to get laid ever).
They may also want to jump ship with boyfriend. Get in there etc.
They may be a psychopath. Sleep with them. Psychos are the best in bed.
It's all about looking at potential gain, not immediate gain.
