Both.
Ever since I cut out alot of precessed food etc from my diet (many years ago) my skin and health had/has positively increased great lengths. I never had bad acne or anything, but skin improved, plus I know alot of people who had and when they tried alot of the natural remedies (most bought from health food shops etc) they found great improvement in their skin. I'm not suggesting veganism or anything, but alot of natural remedies work a treat. Food for thought anyway.
