I don't like owning animals. I feel odd having "control" over an animal, telling it what to do, and having the responsibility of taking care of it and such. I also feel like animals deserve a lot more attention than I can give them, which bothers me. It depresses me to own animals. On the other hand, I love other people's animals.
For the record, I live at home, and we have a cat named Lyrch and an alligator named Lars. Yes, an alligator. No, I'm not kidding. And uhm.. we've had like 50 dogs before ...
Cats are better.
