i read tht in some site or something. its kinda vague "mid april" so add or take 6 weeks away from that. no definate date as such......
the alleged summer festivals have been denied by the band managemnet but i know that they have confirmed "some significant festivals in summer 2008" none of which will be mentioned or announced until around march/april i reckon. as for the electric picnic, that may not be announced until after the tickets are released... which is the norm.
by the way, the cheaper early bird picnic tickets are now sold out... i got mine and saved 70 euro each on them!
