Well, I'm over it so there's no need rehashing. In fact, like I said, my rep box has a Christmas-y flair that I enjoy.
Back to the topic, I rarely give out positive rep mostly because I try to compliment the person "in public." Moshe I've repped for his selfless information gathering. I neg repped only twice that I can think of, one to some troll which was pretty pointless (why I don't do that anymore) and another to leatherneck which, again, was rather pointless since he was obviously trolling.
