just saw that iranian thing on the news.
it's laughable - the persians in the boats even put on funny voices on the radio. yes, bush is right, it's provocative - but then a kid prank calling a video shop is provocative.
two iranian pranksters in speedboats sail around a 50,000 ft warship speaking in funny voices and it is a legitimate threat, when for 80 years the usa has literally been torturing iran. first by helping to install the shah - a brutal dictator who reigned through a police force comparable to the SS in its barbarity, funded almost exclusively by the CIA and, infact, israel. then, when the people rose up and disposed of the shah the white house funded a coup against the new internally installed government. then the white house gave piles and piles of weapons and money to saddam in the 80s to kill hundreds of thousands of iranians, and then now they bleed the country dry with harsher than harsh sanctions because of a whimsical assumption that iran actually has a nuclear weapon.
and now two speed boats are a significant threat to the security of the united states? wow.
