People with some considerable amount of Indian blood seem to display a chemical imbalance in brain activity particular to their group after consuming alcohol. That's what I wrote. Rob doesn't drink.
As far as people from tropical to hot climates, they seem to be hornier in general than their counterparts to the north due to long-standing sociological and cultural factors. To a lesser extent, this also applies to people whose ancestry are from hot climates.
