Yeah, maybe more open to sexual activity is a better way to put it. As far as "hornier" it's really only that they are less inhibited about their horniness. Then again, they are haha usually just flat-out plain hornier haha.
How about the chemical imbalance thing? I've seen it firsthand too many times to count. Some sexually gregarious and inebriated fellows seem to blame it on their Indian native blood. Some have volunteered this information and some have given me this answer when asked why they are being so out of control.
