I've been experimenting with tuning each guitar string to a specific hz value instead of note values. So one string plays the chromatic scale, and the next string plays a microtonal note relative to each note of the chromatic scale.

Has anyone else done this, and are their any websites about this?

Hz tone references

Partch's 43-tone scale

If you have the tone references and the ratios, and a calculator, you should be able to tune your guitar thiswise.

I can't help but feel like you'd be better off with a fretless neck, however.
