1. You live in the house where Night of the Living Dead was filmed. And this was the first time you've noticed this kind of publicity?

2. If this is the case (that you live in the house where the movie was filmed), could you do anything to protect your privacy more, like putting up fences, trees, etc.?

3. The person taking the video, while she certainly can be accused of needing to get a life and of wasting gas in this age of limited resources, is hardly guilty of defaming you. You're upset that a comment about the house by another internet user is supposedly--supposedly--aimed at your brother.

4. There's no law against somebody filming or photographing a house they drive by. They don't need your permission.
