Recently my routine has been get home from work at 8 pm, eat, have a bath, go to bed. I have no time to take a nap in between.
I'm getting a lot of sleep, but it doesn't seem to refresh me.
I think my problem is mainly that I haven't had the chance to rest since I was ill at Christmas, so I haven't properly recovered. I'm worried that when my girlfriend and I have our week's holiday in the spring, I'll be too tired to really enjoy it.
