The interesting thing about memory is that we don't really remember pain, as such. We remember thinking it was an unpleasant experience, and we may have an idea of how to rank the experience in terms of pain, but we don't remember the actual pain itself, can't really recall the intensity of the pain.

I'd have to say probably the worst pain had to be associated with getting kicked in the balls when I was a kid, as well as the good-old slip on the bike bar accident to the balls.

In addition to that, burns--no major ones in my life, thank God, but minor ones hurt like the devil, like from accidentally touching a hot iron or a stovetop.

Beyond that, heartbreak. Plenty of that in my life. Sad gmku.
