Dear Pookie,
I've recently lost my ability to use my left hand in an arm-wrestling match. Should I get a prosthetic hand or just a plain old hook, much like the kind that pirates of old used. Keep in mind I'm also currently in a wheelchair and have no prospect of being out of one for a long long time.
