you probably wont get jail time, unless you've fucked up before
obviously things are way different in Oregon than there but a friend of mine got busted with 1.5 oz of weed, intent to sell, distribution to a minor, DUI, endangering a minor (minor in car while he got DUI) etc. etc. and got off pretty easy.
btw Hayden, I am hitting the road in June to play some shows. Minnesota is on the radar.
