Silence is a terrible thing; it shouldn't be considered denial, or assent. Horrible to use the musical metaphor, but silence tells us nothing - this nothing is a troublesome hinterland, a neither/ nor (not either/ or).
I'm curious, arguably vulgarly, to know: you're have a certain acuity, and a mound of knowledge, regarding psychology/ psychoanalysis - what do you make of your... statement?
