Zach Galifianakis is one of my favorites, but he rarely makes me laugh. He's just a very likeable comedian. He's funnier in writing.

Anthony Jeselnik is hystarical. You sould be able to find him on YouTube; he's pretty new.

Mitch Fatel has a really interesting style.

Pablo Fransisco was funny the first few times. I don't like him anymore, but if you've never seen him he's good.

Mitch Hedberg is definitely great. I remember once he was on Conan, and they cut to a different angle for a second. He said something like, "Hey wait, what was that? What was that camera angle, where you saw my feet? Ya that. Don't ever do that again." Classic.

Andy Samberg is good but he doesn't do stand-up anymore because of SNL. TheLonelyIsland.com has some of the funniest amateur films in existance. They're now the makers of the SNL Digital Shorts.
