Grr I totally CAN wait for those crappy phones to come out here. It'll suddenly become cool to have an iPhone and everyone without one will be scoffed on by the "cool" kids who begged their parents to buy one for them. Just like with iPods. I know people that never listen to them but just bought them to be cool. Either that or they have them but only have shit they downloaded from limewire on them, usually whatever's in the top 40. People who buy Zens and iRivers actually care about music because they want the best player around, not just one that makes them cool.
Disclaimer: Board members who have iPods are fine because they like Sonic Youth and other good bands. Don't hurt me.
