is energy a "manufactured good?" ...clean water?

if not.... i'd have to go with concrete. ...but that's because sometimes i build things out of it. and i'm fairly certain it's one of the things that everyone everywhere else also does. if you want to call concrete a raw material even though it's not*... then fine. is an apartment building a manufactured good?

*has to be produced near or onsite. cannot be shipped long distances wet - it will solidify. economically doesn't make sense to ship dry - it's mostly sand and gravel, find those anywhere. has to be used within 24 hours or becomes waste material to be crushed for a future batch of fresh concrete. like the milk and eggs of the construction world.
