I need some advice about tailoring my jeans. I bought a coupla American Eagle low-rise slim boot cut jeans a few months back. For the first coupla months they fit well--snug in the waist but not too tight. Now after several washings, they seem to have loosened up quite a bit in the waist, so much so that I have to wear a belt with them.

So... Is it worth having them tailored to "snug up" the waist again? As in, taking them to a professional?

Or should I just live with wearing these with a belt and feeling that they're a little loose?

Major dilemma, I know. Hey, I have no life.

I'm putting myself out here, so respond kindly. What do you think?

i dont know what they look like on so i cant say
try a smaller size

i thought i wore a sz. 25 jeans until i started wearing th esame pair every day and theyd sag in the ass and generally look shapeless and disgusting so i wear a sz 24 (approximately equivalent to a 0 but it depends on the manufacturer)
and with vintage you never know what sz. to buy, you just have to try them on.
