Then that person has a responsibility to address the ideology and show it to be wrong through discussion instead of ignoring it and looking down on the person.
Also genocide is not necessrily a core belief of national socialism. One can be a national socialist and endorse mass exile. Jumping to such a conclusion is like assuming that all capitalists endorse mass poverty.
