i have missed once putting the needle on a record, and i was like 11 years old then. it's not so difficult if you have eyes and an average steady pulse.
the large holes on the 7"s, i have a big block adapter that i used on my mom's old turntable and the one i have now, which is a regal piece of shit, has a rising block for the big hole singles. i don't think it's hard to get the little plastic disc adapters on the internet.
and i have big hole 7"s, made in 2000-something no less. people try not to manufacture them anymore but they are still around.
