I'm already obliterated...
When I get to the bottom
I go back to the top of the slide
Where I stop and turn
and I go for a ride
Till I get to the bottom and I see you again
Yeah, yeah, yeah
Do you don't you want me to love you
I'm coming down fast but I'm miles above you
Tell me tell me come on tell me the answer
and you may be a lover but you ain't no dancer
Go helter skelter
helter skelter
helter skelter
Yeah, hu, hu
I will you won't you want me to make you
I'm coming down fast but don't let me break you
Tell me tell me tell me the answer
You may be a lover but you ain't no dancer
Look out
Helter skelter
helter skelter
helter skelter
Yeah, hu, hu
Look out cause here she comes
When I get to the bottom
I go back to the top of the slide
Where I stop and turn
and I go for a ride
Till I get to the bottom and I see you again
Yeah, yeah, yeah
Well will you won't you want me to make you
I'm coming down fast but don't let me break you
Tell me tell me tell me the answer
You may be a lover but you ain't no dancer
Look out
Helter skelter
helter skelter
helter skelter
Yeah, hu,
Helter Skelter
She's coming down fast
Yes she is
Yes she is
coming down fast
This year's tourney has been a rollercoaster for me.
Imagine, if you will, my chagrin.
In typical (we all know it well) par-for-the-course second-guessing fashion, my opening round upsets all shat the bed with extreme prejudice.
As a result of the aforementioned buffoonery, I found myself placing tenth...in dead last place out of ten participants for the first few days of action.
Then, wowee zowee, I shoot up to fourth.
Then, second.
And then, with all the final four picked correctly (in this historic year of all four number one seeds going to semis), and with the Fates fully smiling, I found myself at number one. (And for the second year in a row too...a tasty morsel indeed, haha).
Take Me To The Top, baby!
And then, of course, last Saturday night both of the teams I had picked (UCLA & UNC)
lost...relegating me to second place.
The Tigers win over the Bruins came as no real surprise to me, but I have the distinct predisposition to strongly affirm that if the Tarheels played the Jayhawks ten times, they would win at least seven of those times. Somehow the trip to San Antonio fucked them up; if the game had been in Charlotte, KU wouldn't have had all that much of a chance. Oh well...such are sour grapes.
Go C.D-R., Go Rose, Go TIGERS!
