Ive not watched the link, but by what youre saying i assume its about the guy who defected from the Us Army to North Korea during the Korean war.
I remember watching that a couple of years ago, it was very much a personal documentary with the politics in the background i thought, and all the more interesting for it.

edit: Seems like it isnt, that should teach me for not opening random links on the internet *slaps finger* but yeah there was a documentary about the American guy who defected during the Korean War, i forget its name and his but i found it to be very interesting.
