I'll second that. There maybe no need for the Behringer.A quick visit to ebay; you can pick up one of those Mackie desks for a good price.I'd recommend the mixer bag too if you're using it for mainly live stuff. Protect your investment.
The 1402vlz is pretty good too.All depends on how many channels you need. I'm pretty sure all these desks are provide phantom power too.
