one way: i don't give a shit about the exam. i focus on what i'm going to do after-- like getting plastered, as t&b suggested.
i don't mean don't study-- study, but just give it a "fuckit" attitude once you're there. always has worked for me-- i kick ass at exams even when i know little of the subject because i "stay loose" and my brain doesn't freeze due to nerves.
and try to turn the anxiety into "excitement"-- a little stress makes you sharp, too much stress stupefies you.
