How does one deal with such cravings?

Seriously.

the other weekend i went to this earth day thing and they were selling "veggie bratwurst" and while they have tasted like ass in the past i thought "why the fuck not"? and ordered one and holy ass my friend, holy ass, good shit indeed, better than some low-rent cancer-addled sausage. now, i know you used to live in deutschland (not sure of the spelling here), so you know the difference between fine lips & assholes and the chemical mush that goes into the amerikan hot-dog, but anyway, if you are in the mood for a vegetarian adventure, try this crap:

the smoked apple is what i ate as "bratwurst", on a hard roll, topped with onions and green peppers and yellow mustard-- it was fucking supreme.

so i bought a pack right after the event. ate it in various forms including with mushrooms in a pasta sauce.

now i have the mexican chipotle in the fridge and i'm going to work it into some chili beans. next i'll buy the italian sausage & make myself some great pasta. in any case--good stuff.

anyhuevos. try it.
