There would be less traffic and less death as a result of the declining traffic.
If weed were
more socially acceptable, more people would grow their own.
Sure you'd still have the druglord-kingpins of fiction growling 'sell morre drruggsss I need morre money ahhhh.' (these druglords are reptiles so they hiss a lot) but there would be less people willing to get ripped off to get high.
But yeh...Amsterdam is totally wrecked; all teenagers are schizophrenic, most of the denizens are unemployed, people are shot and left to bleed in the street till the wolves gettem, effectively all order has collapsed because people have slightly more liberty than us, and you can't get a cold beer anywhere
