but anyway, before the jokes explode, i have no dilemmas-- but my views:

1) parent/step-parent + child:

it's patently wrong because it destroys a child's sense of self and personal boundaries, causing inordinate shame & psychological problems.

2) child + child:

whatever. kids look at shit & poke their fingers out of curiousity. blah.

3) teenager + child

usually the result of the teenager being molested as a child & doing what was done to him/her. damaging, same as 1)

4) adult + adult

whatever, if you wanna have kids with pig tail it's your problem not mine. and hot cousins = hottt.

---

did anyone here ever watch cousin, cousine? they did a sanitized dull american version decades later w/ isabella rosellini. but anyway.

regarding 1) and 2), the damage can be undone w/ proper therapy, but most people (let's call them "victims") rather deny it/bury it/pretend doesn't affect them and so it haunts them forever. but i've seen things change in/with people around me-- of course i won't name names duh, but the people i know who have recovered from it were the ones who were ready to look at the painful truth & deal with it.
