Oh.. yeah, the "I hate glossy digital sounds" didn't really have anything to do with what I was saying, just a comment.
What I was trying to convey was that there's no "character" to an ipod, no chance the CD might skip or something because it's all on this little computer... though I guess there's the chance I might drop the ipod and it'll make a skip! CHARACTER! I LIKE CHARACTER!
