shit, i was in kickass shape until last november, working out daily, doing kickboxing & other crap, but then oh then work came like a cloud of sticky flies & overwhelmed me. so i spent 4 months applying ass to chair, eating junk food, coffee + smokes. no good. my metabolism dropped & my weight exploded, but i made big wads of cash

however im back working out 2 hours daily-- stretches, climbing hills, starting with weights-- now that i have steady clients no more work overload for me hah ha.
but fucking, fucking is the best exercise. everything else is a waste of energy as far as i'm concerned.
