my daily breakfast:
one banana
one orange [pink or midnight navel]
one apple [Cripps Pink, Pink Lady, Pacific Rose, or Tentation]
one nectarine [only from California, either the Tree Ripe or Midnight variety, though according to the website, there distribute one of 20 varieties every other week according to harvest, which you can taste the differences over the summer]
and if I am hungry enough:
an apricot or some strawberries or a satsuma or some fresh cut pineapple
I mix up four to five whole pieces of all the above every morning.
