Nothing would happen.
A vampire biting a human turns a human into a vampire -- a vampire biting a vampire wouldn't turn a vampire into a vampire.
Also, vampires feed on human blood.. no interest in vampire blood (do vampires even bleed?).
It's more interesting to think of a vampire sucking the blood of someone with AIDS, as in the wonderful film sucker: the vampire.
