It does sometimes when it first pops up, I know I've had it a plenty of times before.
This time I don't think it is though, thank fuck.
I never used to get it, then I fell off my bike and cut myself. When I landed in the ditch it was filled with poison ivy and I started getting it every year. Every time I got it it wasn't as bad as the time before, and the last year or so I haven't had it at all so I think I'm good.
