If a mortal bites another mortal, nothing happens, but pain.
Mortals have no power.
Vampires have powers.
If a vampire bites a mortal, the mortal becomes a vampire.
So if a vampire bites another vampire, the bitten one turns into a mortal.
Cuz vampires have powers.
This being said, intelligent answers should not be avoided since the percentage of vampires in our civilisation has increased incessantly in the last couple of months.
Authorities won't divulge the proper figures, but sources have it that vampires have taken over in some European areas and in the Philippines.
And starving vampires (such as nicfit, whose question wasn't innocent) start wondering wether they could eat each other.
