Every day is just another sunny day in hell.

Okay, it's not all that bad. We're getting out and doing some stuff. Spending a couple of days in Atlanta to see the Braves and do the town later this month. Also doing some traveling to Florida to see friends, some day trips to Charleston.

Got a great new car (and paid cash), bought a few new shiny clothes and shoes, lost some weight and put on a little muscle, and discovered some new beers (Victory Hop Wallop and Flying Dog Snake IPA).

On the down side, I miss my son, who left in June for the mountains of Colorado, I continually worry about where the work is coming from, and it's too freaking hot and humid here.
