I can understand that. Travelling the way you have done is an exhausting thing, and places begin to bleed into one another after a while. Berlin is a wonderful city but maybe you should think of cutting your trip short and going there at a later date. It'd be a shame to cloud your view of such a great city through exhaustion. You have a whole lifetime to visit these places. No need to rush through them all now.
