I was born "Jovan" which is pronounced 'Yo-vahn' but I wasn't gonna go thru life here in Oz coppin' abuse for having a weird name by the Anglo kids (who had names like 'Trent' or 'Shannon' or 'Corey' or even.. 'Kevin'.
My porn name would be 'Sylvester Wood' (going by the 'first pet' + 'first street you lived in) although I much prefer 'Mike Rotch' - that's a real porn/action hero kinda name - say it in yr most resonant '3-testicled' movie guy voice:
